ABSTRACT:
This research was aimed to know the relation between job satisfaction, reward, and year of service with the work productivity. Hypothesis raised shall be as follows : There is a relation between job satisfaction, reward, and year of service with the work productivity. Research’s instruments used is job satisfaction questionnaire. This research uses the technique of purposive random sampling in election of subject research. The subject of this research is 82 employees of PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. The data were analyzed using regression analysis. The result of data analysis show There is a relation between job satisfaction with the work productivity. The increase of job satisfaction followed by the increase of work productivity (r = 0,252; p = 0,011.)
